1. Introduction
Welcome to Enquery! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Enquery and its associated services. By accessing and using Enquery, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any documents referred to herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. About Enquery
Enquery is an AI powered data studio designed to enable SQL-based workflows on spreadsheets. The service is to be used "as-is" and feature requests may be submitted to team@enquery.ai
4. User Accounts
When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to opt-in to receive automated marketing and informational emails at the address provided during registration. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of each email. Opting out of messaging will not cancel your subscription, you must log into Enquerydatastudio.com to cancel.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use Enquery to transmit any content or messages that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Service Availability
Enquery is typically available 24/7, but there may be occasions when the service is interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment. We will attempt to provide notice of any planned downtime but this may not always be possible.
7. Payment Terms
The service fee for Enquery is $20 per month. This fee grants you access to our full range of features, including the ability to receive AI coaching and guidance for analytics workflows. Payment can be made by any major credit card or other payment methods as listed on our platform. You must provide valid and updated payment information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Sunrise Ventures to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each month thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the non-paying user status.
Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We may change the subscription fee from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method. Additionally, we may continue to attempt to charge your payment method until payment is received.
Enquery may offer a free trial period to new users. During the free trial, users can access all features of the service without charge. The free trial offer is available to new users who have not previously subscribed to Enquery. You do not need to provide valid payment details to start your free trial. We will inform you via email before your trial ends and you will need to enter valid payment info to continue using the service. You can cancel your trial subscription any time in the Enquery app.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided on Enquery, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sunrise Ventures or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
9. Disclaimers
Enquery is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, or if you or any other person may be in danger, we urge you to seek professional help immediately.The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Sunrise Ventures, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You should review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Enquery after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
